Collation of presidential election results began at about 11:30am on Monday with Ekiti State. As at the end of collation on the first day only twelve States had presented their results.
Based on the official results presented by INEC, the ruling party, APC is seen to be in an early lead with 286,105 votes more than PDP.
Twenty-five States are yet to present their results. Although Plateau State was around, they needed time to prepare the result for presentation.
The INEC Chairman adjourned the collation to Tuesday at 10am.

PDP: 2,690,616
ANN: 2902
AAC: 8082
YPP: 5201
