A symptom of vitamin E deficiency is anaemia due to increased red blood cell destruction, while there is no known toxicity in humans.
Vitamin K
Function: Helps with blood clotting
Food sources: green leafy vegetables, liver, vegetable oil, tomatoes, potatoes also produced by intestinal bacteria. Deficiency can cause severe bleeding and poor blood clotting
