Liverpool FC has been crowned Europe Champions as they cruise past Tottenham Hotspurs in a 2 goal thriller.
The final held at Madrid, Spain began quite interesting with a early penalty taken by Mohammed Salah. The goal which was the only goal in the first 45 minutes of the game.
Quite not impressed by the style with which Tottenham played with as though they were the Nigerian Super Eagles, they fueled their chances towards the end of the match only for Divock Origi “The Magic Substitute” to score a late finisher on the 87th minute squashing all dreams for an equalizer.
This is the 6th time Liverpool has won the Champions League following the ranks of Milan and Real Madrid holding the highest amount of titles taken. This is also Jurgen Klopp’s first Champions League win.
The Super Cup finals is left between Chelsea and Liverpool. Who will be England’s finest?
