Nigeria has recorded 14 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infections in the country to 65.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said 14 new cases were confirmed late on Thursday, 26th March. Of the 14, six were detected on a vessel, 3 were returning travellers into Nigeria and 2 are close contacts of confirmed case.
A case was confirmed in Abuja, 1 in Bauchi while the remaining 12 were in Lagos. The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this known via its Twitter handle on Thursday.
