Mental health is the level of psychological well-being or an absence of mental illness. It is the state of someone who is “functioning at a satisfactory level of emotional and behavioral adjustment.”
Generally, people do not pay attention to their mental health and that of others; once there is an absence of physical or bodily illness, an individual is classified as healthy. But going by the WHO definition of health, it also involves the mental health of a person.
