The Service Public Relations Officer (SPEO), Sunday James, disclosed in a statement that The Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Muhammed Babandede, has survived Coronavirus after testing negative twice.
The Immigration boss Babandede had tested positive to COVID-19 on 29th March, 2020 after his return from the United Kingdom and went into self-isolation.
Babandede tweeted: “I just received my second negative report on COVID-19, I will like to thank you all for your supplications. This victory is from God. We thank Him for giving me the opportunity to have the experience which is more than my education and public service.”
Mr James encouraged Nigerians to keep faith alive and adhere to the medical and health care advises which includes: Social distancing, washing of hands with soap, use of sanitizer, wearing of face masks, and other preventive measures given by the NCDC.
