The most popular or known to be the lead of the trio group Migos, Quavious Keyate Marshall professionally known as Quavo has released the anticipated album ‘QUAVO HUNCHO’ on the 12th of October 2018. Already releasing three singles off the project; WORKIN ME, BUBBLE GUM and LAMBTALK, the Quality Control signed rapper has a peak of nineteen songs on the album.
Obviously the Atlanta rapper is having a good year. From the release of CULTURE II the sequel to the LP CULTURE last year to winning the most valuable player at the NBA Celebrity Game, Quavo is definitely having a big year. His group Migos recently won the award for the best group/band rock award at the American Music Awards.
The album QUAVO HUNCHO features top music names including his Migos members Takeoff and Offset, Cardi B, Lil Baby, Drake, Travis Scott, Saweetie, 21 Savage, Legendary Madonna, Kid Cudi, Normani and Nigeria’s Davido.
One out of many songs from the album has sprung to be the most popular. It’s the response song to Nicki Minaj’s ‘Barbie Dreams’ from her recent QUEEN album where she called out many rappers for fun including Quavo. The 27 year old rapper titled his response ‘HUNCHO DREAMS’ which is also the third song in his album as ‘Barbie Dreams’ is the third from Nicki’s QUEEN album. In a recent interview Quavo said that he thinks Nicki Minaj has a crush on him, he also made reference to their song in December ‘She for keeps’. At the end of HUNCHO DREAMS, Quavo apologises for hurting Nicki’s feelings and says he plans to buy her a custom made jewelry.
The ‘QUEEN’ rapper Nicki hasn’t responded yet but we’re sure it’ll be soon, probably on her next Queen Radio Broadcast.
