Abuja, Nigeria – September 24th, 2025 – Following its world premiere at the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival, the multi-award-nominated documentary Battle of Blood is set to make its public debut in Abuja, offering Nigerian audiences the opportunity to experience a gripping exploration of heritage, leadership, and the unyielding spirit of the Benin Kingdom.
Produced and directed by Nigerian filmmaker Oghenefego Ofili, Battle of Blood sheds light on one of the most defining chapters of West African history – the leadership and resilience that shaped a people’s destiny.
